JCUBE’s oxygen generators are based on the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) process, a static separation of air gases thanks to a specific molecular sieve that absorbs nitrogen under pressure.

The recent situation with second wave caused across our great nation was heart-breaking. Many lost their lives because of lack of oxygen.

Group of entrepreneurs, believe in saving lives through MAKE IN INDIA PSA technology (Pressure Swing Adsorption) and formed a company Jcube Lifescience Pvt. Ltd on 10th of May 2021

SCOPE OF WORK

Mechanical work

  • leaning, greasing, oiling of moving parts of pumps, compressors.
  • Operation, Cleaning & Preventive Maintenance of air receivers, drain system, in system/ plant room.
  • Checking flanged joints of pipeline, valves and tightening nut bolts.

Electrical work

  • Checking and tightening of cable/wire end terminations/connections.
  • Checking of motor viz. winding, rotor, brushes etc. Checking of circuit breakers, trippers and Capacitors.
  • Checking earth continuity of each equipment, panel etc. Checking Insulation of pumps, motors, compressors, cables, wiring.
  • Replacing fused indicating lights. Replacement of dilapidated / malfunctioning parts in system & panel. Proper external & internal cleaning of electric panels. Checking sequence of operation as per program.
